Our cancellation and refund policy makes us easy to tryout without risk. We understand that you need to test the waters and we feel this is a fair and easy way to do so. We have an open door policy so that you can feel comfortable testing us out.

In the first 7 days:

• If you join and do not like the art and do not download any of it, you can ask for and receive, a refund in your first 7 days.

In the first 30 days:

• If you download LESS than 20 images in the first 30 days and do not like using them you can cancel your membership in the first 30 days without penalty.

• You will be able to continue using those 20 images in agreement with our usage policy. You will not be refunded your payment.

In the first 30 days:

• If you download MORE than 20 images in the first 30 days AND cancel your membership, you will be charged a $500 cancellation fee.

• If you do not pay this and are found using the images you will be in violation of copyright law with penalty of fines.

• If you love the art and stay past the first 30 days we assume you are happy and will stay as long as the art is useful to you.

• If at anytime you stop needing the art you may cancel without penalty or refund.

• If you are in a non-commercial membership, you may continue using the art you have already downloaded after canceling. If you decide to come back in the future you will pay the rate at that time which may be higher than your rate now.
